Huevos Rancheros



1 poached egg (per person)
1 tbsp sour cream



Salsa
2 tomatoes - diced
1/2 red onion - diced
1/2 lime juice
1/2 tsp chilli  - chopped
1 tbsp corriander - chopped
         + mix together



Guac
2 small avocados
1/2 red onion - diced
1/2 lime juice
1/2 tsp chilli - chopped
1 tbsp corriander - chopped
s + p
          + mash together


Frijole
1 cups cooked pinto beans
1 garlic clove
3 tbsp olive oil
s + p
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp chilli - chopped
 + blitz in food processor
