this looks amazing. i usually eat quinoa like "oatmeal" in the mornings with almond milk and cinammon, but this is a new take on quinoa breakfast that i'll have to try!
It is best to pre-wash your Quinoa before cooking. Use a very fine mesh strainer. You use one cup of Quinoa to 2 cups of water. It is basically the same as cooking rice. When it starts to boil, reduce heat, cover and cook for 15-18 min. I usually cook mine for 15 min. It will have little circles around the outside of the grain.
