marinate prawns in
paprika, lemon juice + chilli flakes
mash/food process
1 ripe mango
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 lime juice + rind
chopped chilli
salt
heat a fry pan
add coconut oil
pour in prawns with marinade
cook 2-3 mins each side
serve with an awesome green salad
like this one:
chopped brocolli
baby spinach
pistachios
goji berries
+ a little extra mango dressing
