That's great - we're glad you like it! Hmm.. We haven't used palm sugar in it - we did use honey when we were out of agave and it changes the flavour slightly but depending on the style of honey it is, I'm sure it would yield similar results. Alternatively, perhaps some Stevia to sweeten, but a little extra milk.
As for storage, we put ours in the fridge - it usually all gone before the week is up, its just too good!

Just about to try your nutella recipe - just 2 questions - agave is not available here, what would you suggest as an alternative? Palm sugar?
Also - once in a sterilized jar (like jam) - how long do you think this will safely store?
