What do you do with it?
We like to dip it in apples, put it in crumbles, eat it with a teaspoon - it doesn't last too long around here!
It's great for those of us who are allergic to peanuts!!
My new food obsession is really almond butter I love it way better than peanut butter, my local grocery store has it and you can hand crank the food processor.
Okay do you refrigerate? If so what do you do to keep it creamy? I alway pop in the fridge and its turns hard as rock.
Very cool! Almond butter has so many fans :) Misty, we usually make a batch about the size of the photo and just leave it in the cupboard - it really doesn't last very long in our house. Where does everyone else keep their almond butter - any fridge tips?
I add just a little bit of oil to mine, then refridgerate. It stays fresh and creamy that way!
